Creative agency Justso approached us to fabricate a window display in Harrods department store, central London. Following the theme celebrating Chinese New Year, we were asked to design and make a pair of stylized lions and a dodecahedron structure that would showcase dressed mannequins.
The larger than life-size lions were constructed from an intricate triangulated steel frame which was sprayed in our studio. Responding to the brief to create a 'lantern’ effect, the facets were internally clad with panes of coloured acrylic and opaque paper. The finished objects were internally lit.
