We were approached by COA Architecture to fabricate a sophisticated curved bar for Borough Market institution FISH! along with several other bespoke features, including cabinetry and mirrored signage. The 15-metre main bar is a powder coated steel construction with inset mirror and glass, as well as a granite dining surface offering views of the kitchen.

Three laminated plywood cabinets produced featured compound angles, exposed finished edges and aluminium, providing details to deceptively complex units. A granite clad reception desk, birch ply roof structure and acrylic signage were all built in our studio ready for installation on-site.
